We are currently interviewing for two exciting opportunities in our Toronto office. Reporting to the SVP of Enterprise Services, the Managing Director is accountable for the overall branch operations and directing the sales and recruiting activities within his/her market location.  Reporting to the Managing Director, we are also looking for a Business Director to join our retained search business within our growing team in North America. The mandate is to provide effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs. The successful candidate will generate and develop positive client relationships and will support the growth of the retained business.


 


 


Ideal Candidates:


          Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree an asset


          5-10 years of professional services experience, including proven success in selling retained search services in Canada


          A demonstrable track record in closing new business and in acquiring repeat business from clients


          Well-developed network of relative contacts (book of business) and the proven ability to leverage relationships with potential buyers of search services


          A polished and professional demeanor, and a passion for customer service excellence


 


The compensation will be competitive, and will be based on the background and experience of the selected candidate. It includes an attractive base salary plus a lucrative bonus based on achieving business development targets.
